Nurturing Happy, Confident children:
Our Commitment to Wellbeing
“A strong sense of wellbeing is fundamentally connected to children’s sense of belonging, being and becoming”. At SHBELC the children’s wellbeing is a major focus of the overall curriculum. We create a safe, nurturing environment where children and staff feel valued, supported and encouraged to grow. Our programs integrate social-emotional learning, play based experiences and intentional teaching opportunities to help build confidence and resilience.

A major component of our Community Connections Manager’s role is to foster positive and respectful relationships with children, staff and families connected to SHBELC. Through the daily program educators scaffold the children’s sense of self and resilence.
Throughout the year, the program across all program areas incorporate concepts such as:

What are my interests, passions and strengths?
With highly qualified educators and a strong focus on healthy routines we ensure your child will thrive in all areas of development during their early years. Through establishing collaborative partnerships with families we provide the care and attention your child requires to develope a strong foundation in life.
