Rest Time/Quiet Time

At Surrey Hills Baptist Early Learning Centre, we know that after all the fun outside, our 4-year-olds need a special time to rest and recharge! After playing and exploring, it's important for our little ones to have a cozy break. During rest time, we make a calm and soothing space with soft music and gentle lights. Children can cuddle up on their mats, enjoy some quiet time, or even dive into a good book or create wonderful drawings.

Our caring and experienced educators pay attention to every child. If some friends need extra quiet, they can find their own little spot. Others might enjoy soft stories and gentle chats with a friend. This lovely time helps everyone to feel good and calm inside.

Rest time is a magical moment where our young explorers can think about their busy day. We love seeing their happy, relaxed faces! After a nice break, they're all set to jump back into learning, making new pals, and discovering the world around them. At our centre, we believe every moment is special, and we are excited to create a fun and warm place where your child can grow and shine!
